On behalf of our Client, a well-established payments company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst in Nicosia. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and dynamic team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review Payment Scheme bulletins and translate Scheme requirements into technical solution documents and liaise with vendors to finalize the technical details of the solution.
2. Classify the bulletin into E-Commerce, Face-to-Face (F2F), Authorization or Clearing related.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the technical changes required.
4. Prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities, typically working under pressure.
5. Manage projects relating to the card payment switch from a technology perspective including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, production deployment, and post-production support.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or Business Information Systems or a related field.
2. Understanding of card payment cycles.
3. Previous experience in a similar role.
4. Experience in Payment Schemes monthly releases for enhancements/compliances related to the Card Payment industry.
5. Excellent planning, reporting, problem-solving, and organization skills.
6. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
7. Basic knowledge of programming languages will be considered an advantage.
8. Ability to work on multiple projects/systems simultaneously.
9. Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
10. Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.
