The role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies and execution in Turkey, ensuring brand growth and engagement across multiple channels. As Turkey represents a strategically important market for the Group, this role presents an exciting challenge, requiring innovative thinking and a strong ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring effective brand positioning and engagement. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both digital and traditional approaches to enhance brand awareness. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize campaign execution and drive impactful results.
Main Responsibilities:
* Marketing Planning:
• Develop the annual marketing calendar and allocate the above-the-line (ATL) media budget by brand and market.
• Oversee agency collaboration, including media, social, creative, and influencer agencies.
* Digital Campaigns:
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns in collaboration with a media planning agency. This includes campaign planning, creative development, and landing page design.
• Oversee digital channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing reports and making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
* Social Media & Influencer Marketing:
• Develop a monthly social media content plan, including reels, stories, posts, and carousels, customized for the Turkish market.
• Drive follower growth and engagement across brand pages on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
* Trade Marketing:
• Lead brand communication and omnichannel marketing activities for key seasons across ATL and below-the-line (BTL) platforms.
• Work closely with the distributor to implement trade marketing strategies.
• Facilitate new product launches by coordinating efforts between headquarters and the distributor.
* Events & Public Relations:
• Plan and execute major events in the region with the support of a PR agency.
• Manage event budgets, planning, execution, and amplification through PR and social media.
* Internal Reporting:
• Share monthly newsletters highlighting best practices with all markets.
Job Profile
Required:
• University Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience;
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
Preferred:
Previous experience as a Marketing Manager in medium-large multinational Companies with matrix organizations in the FMCG or Domestic Appliances industries.
