Job Title: Sales Administration Specialist
Location: Levico Terme (TN)
Sales Administration Specialist is the role in the Sales Area that is responsible for managing administrative and customer contact activities.
Employment is expected to be on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer requests while meeting planned timelines;
* Establish a positive and valuable relationship with the customer.
Activities
* Entering and managing sales orders;
* Managing sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes;
Periodic check of payments;
* Document control and filing;
* Management of complaints and reminders;
Correspondence with customers (booking trips, exchanging documentation and specifications pertaining to current contracts);
* Planning of shipments, pick-ups, and deliveries to/from customers.
Must have
* Diploma and/or degree with a business or linguistic focus;
* Knowledge of English and a second language (B2/C1);
* Ability to work with order, precision, and accuracy;
* Interpersonal skills, useful to collaborate internally and deal with customers.
Nice to have
* Previous experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of a third foreign language (B2/C1).
