YOUR TASKS
* Administrate the customer contracts for different brands and different countries
* Check accuracy of Customer Invoices and advise payments
* Data Management in ERP system SAP/VISTEX
* Be the first point of contact for the sales force for Rebate management
* Prepare analysis and evaluations to support the international Sales Department
* Strong collaboration with internal departments e.g. Controlling/Accounting/Customer Service
YOUR PROFILE
* 2-3 years working experience in a similar position, especially Administration/Accounting
* Autonomous, structured and well organized
* Very good Excel knowledge
* High ability to deal with facts and figures
* Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
