The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate;
2. keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;
3. meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;
4. securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;
5. Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;
6. leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;
7. building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;
8. creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
9. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;
10. Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market
11. Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
12. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
13. Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario. Candidates must have ability to see risks behind the corner and develop adaptive strategies / remedies.
14. Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization
