Randstad Italy SpA is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist on behalf of our client, a multinational leader in the telecommunications sector.

This opportunity is within the consumer electronics division, which focuses on smart devices tailored to consumer needs.
Job Location: 1 year, with potential for extension. Outsourcing contract powered by Randstad Italia SpA (please apply only if open to this arrangement).
Salary Range: €27,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, manage, optimize, and review end-to-end product launch campaigns.
2. Maintain and organize campaign materials in the shared document repository for the team.
3. Contribute fresh ideas based on current trends and business needs to capture audience attention and engagement.
4. Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding campaign strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.
5. Analyze campaign data to provide insights on results, measure effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.
6. Stay informed about the latest technology developments and industry best practices.
7. Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, GTM, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Procurement, both regionally and locally.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
2. Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including PR, influencer marketing, and social media.
3. Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of coordinating multiple projects across teams while meeting deadlines and achieving key objectives.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
5. Creative, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a passion for technology and knowledge of current trends (a plus).
6. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
