This role is key to driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability in the Green Energy sector, reporting directly to the Product Line Director. Key Responsibilities Own product category strategy with a focus on customer needs and usage challenges. Expand product portfolio for mobile, residential, commercial, and large-scale applications. Align brand and category strategies to current market conditions. Implement division-wide strategies for product positioning, market penetration, and pricing. Define business models tailored to each product category. 2. Sales Channel Strategy Collaborate with internal teams (White Goods, HVAC) to optimize existing channels. Develop dedicated green energy sales channels through distributors and wholesalers. Explore and implement innovative, future-oriented sales models. Build commercial readiness for large-scale project execution. 3. Organizational Structure & Team Leadership Design and implement a scalable sales organization across markets. Establish centralized technical support for pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales operations. Lead cross-border teams based in Italy, Germany, and the UK. 4. P&L and Business Accountability Full ownership of the P&L for Solar and Storage business lines. Drive financial performance through annual planning and continuous monitoring. Ensure competitiveness in cost and excellence in product quality. Collaborate across business sectors and regions for strategic alignment. Ideal Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering. 15 years in senior leadership roles within multinational organizations. Skills & Knowledge In-depth experience with Solar, Inverter, or ESS products and markets. Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills. Strategic mindset and ability to manage complex projects and priorities. Solid knowledge of product marketing, brand strategy, market trends, and channel development.
