We are looking for a figure to lead the delivery of ZERO's industrial projects.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced project management professional with a strong track record in industrial development.
The person will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from planning and budgeting to final delivery — ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from budgeting, planning, and execution to commissioning and client handover.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the headquarters, consultants, and project stakeholders.
* Procurement & Supply Chain: Manage the procurement of materials from international suppliers.
* Technical Oversight: Coordinate on-site activities, including construction, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor project KPIs, reporting progress to management and proactively addressing any deviations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
* Proficient in project planning, cost management, risk management, and quality control.
* Stakeholder Management, experience engaging with authorities, consultants, and suppliers.
* Strong understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems in industrial plant environments.
* Ability to anticipate issues, solve complex problems, and drive project decisions with confidence.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Leadership and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
