The role – what is it we would like you to do?
Our Treviso team are looking for an experienced office / admin assistant to join the growing team. The successful candidate will need good knowledge of the English language and will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the admin and marketing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Secretarial and office support
2. Phone and email correspondence
3. Preparation and archiving of internal documents
4. Dealing with office suppliers, filing contracts, orders, renewals
5. Supporting the marketing team
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you?
1. Professional experience in the role (at least 1 year experience)
2. Good knowledge of the English language
3. Good knowledge of the Office package
4. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills
6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
7. Registration for targeted placement under law 68/99
