Key Responsibilities:
* Execute basic and advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on all aspects of hyperchargers (commissioning, periodical interventions etc.)
* Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency.
* Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs.
* Provide feedback to our remote service and development teams directly to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products.
* In agreement with the service coordinator, organization of the service interventions in the respective area of work.
Qualifications:
* Technical training/certificate or work experiences in the field of electrical engineering or demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes.
* Experiences as an electrician in the low-voltage range (up to 1,000 V).
* 2+ years of support role in the eMobility/EV Charging industry
* Basic skills for software and diagnostic
* Full stack knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network & telecommunication)
* Confident handling of MS Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word)
* Understanding of customer needs and requirements
* A strong communicator capable of interacting professionally with colleagues, partners and customers in high pressure, time sensitive, environments.
* Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice as customer escalations require.
* Ability to lift 75lbs (Components and Units can be heavy and cumbersome).
* Moving up and down ladders repeatedly (Some components may be stacked on shelving and retrieved by ladder) (Service techs will regularly use ladders to perform work).
* Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
* Valid driver’s license and passport.
* High willingness for domestic and international travel.
