Your impact The Construction Site Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with quality standards and project specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. Key Responsibilities Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Review Construction Plans: Analyze construction plans and specifications to identify quality requirements. Monitor Materials and Methods: Ensure that materials and construction methods meet specified standards. Document Non-Compliance: Report non-compliance issues and facilitate corrective actions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare Reports: Generate quality control reports, manuals, and maintain records of inspections and tests. Implement Quality Systems: Maintain and implement quality management systems and procedures on-site. Conduct Training: Provide training sessions for site personnel on quality and safety procedures. Assist in Audits: Support third-party inspections and audits as required. Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. Qualification as Internal Auditor ISO 9001 is preferred. In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Fluent in English and Italian (preferably native Italian speaking).
