Restaurant Supervisor
Borgo Pignano, a 750-acre private estate in Tuscany, seeks a talented and passionate Restaurant Supervisor for the 2025 season.
We are looking for natural hosts and passionate hoteliers with a can-do attitude to supervise our restaurants and gastronomic experiences. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional service to our guests and building, leading, and inspiring a motivated and happy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise restaurant operations and staff
* Ensure excellent customer service
* Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Contribute to sustainable organic farming practices
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and customer orientation
* Knowledge of wine and culinary trends
* Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
