Position Responsibilities
* Providing consistently exemplary service and embodying our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging service to all guests.
* Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and service-focused operation, delivering an exceptional dining experience that creates lasting memories.
* Welcoming guests, escorting them to their preferred or reserved table, and accompanying them after lunch or dinner to bid them farewell.
* Communicating the details of the menu and beverages/wine with clarity and confidence.
* Leading the service team by example.
* Motivating and developing all F&B staff to achieve the highest levels of service excellence, while fostering positive staff relations.
* Maintaining all F&B areas (front and back of house) and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety.
* Ensuring impeccable personal presentation and maintaining a well-groomed appearance for all staff members.
* Ensuring the daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Regularly communicating with the managing owners regarding business performance, successes, concerns, issues, and support needs.
