The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement and projects involving all applications in the Supply Chain and Account Payables area.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain and AP systems.Lead project estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for Supply Chain and AP initiatives, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Procurement, Finance, Guest Experience, Onboard Sales, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.Define the systems roadmap according to the company strategy.Ensure systems compliance with SOX, GDPR regulations, and all Company security requirements and policies.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience (5+ years) as IT Project Manager for global companies or consulting companies.Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.Remarkable meeting facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.Strong relationship building abilities, able to work collaboratively at all levels and with colleagues located in different countries.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education and work experience.Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2 minimum) are essential.Good knowledge of Office tools.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and experience in Supply Chain systems management, especially knowledge of the Crunchtime! and Tesisquare platforms, are considered a plus.What we offer:Full-time contractRAL commensurate with experience.10 days of Smart working per monthPlace of work: Genova
