The Industrial Engineer will oversee the assembly process, ensuring a lean manufacturing approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve existing products and processes while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage the assembly process, applying lean principles for continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive industrialization projects forward.
3. Optimize, rationalize, and implement improvements in products and processes.
4. Maintain and update documentation and KPIs related to the assembly process.
5. Support the transition of Mechanical Engineering expertise towards Process Engineering, focusing on PFMEA, Poka-Yoke, process balancing, cycle time analysis, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
6. Ensure Consistent Methods: Standardize tools, methodologies, and Make or Buy (MoB) activities to enhance efficiency.
7. Enhance Process Engineering Skills: Support the team in industrial process optimization and quality assurance techniques.
8. Manage and review Product Production Routing to allocate dedicated and differentiated assembly areas.
Role Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in industrialization, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering within a lean manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in process optimization, assembly line balancing, and cycle time analysis.
Technical Skills
1. Ability to analyze production KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
2. SAP and SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.
3. Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus.
4. Fluent level of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Soft Skills
1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and R&D teams.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to train and support teams in industrial process optimization.
