Purpose
In alignment with Company’s values and Country strategy, the HIV Patient and PrEP Medical Affairs Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of medical activities related to the operational plan, the Patients Affairs activities and the cross functional collaboration with Field and internal Medical Team, MKT (Marketing), Access, Communication & Policy functions.
In this role, you will…
* The HIV Patient and PrEP Medical Affairs Manager in alignment with the strategic priorities of ViiV Italy.
* Supports the CMD (Country Medical Director) in development and implementation for the Medical Activities related to the assigned Operational Plan: ISS (Investigator Sponsor Study) and RWE (real World Evidence); CME evaluation and management; Grants; Data mining; National Advisory Boards; Working Groups.
* Collaborate with MKT (Marketing) and MA (Market Access): Brand plan development (Promotional Materials; ViiV Events) and Documentation for AIFA submission, PTO, PTOR.
* Partner with Patients Associations: develop and support collaborative programs aligned to ViiV strategies.

* Graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Biology (or related field).
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Residency and/or Post-doctoral training in a clinical practice/pharmaceutical industry setting.
* Experience in Infectious Diseases/ HIV.
* High potential profile (flexible, resilient, comfortable with complexity).
* Teamworking/collaboration, influencing & negotiation, effective communication, accountability for results.
* Project Management.
