As the HSE Lead Specialist, you will collaborate with the Service and Installation Managers and team to reduce and manage risks associated with site operations. You will be accountable for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.
As HSE Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as subject-matter expert on HSE topics including emergency preparedness, health and safety risk assessments and safe working procedures.
* Supporting preparation and reporting on key metrics- Injury & Illness rate, concern reporting, STOP-work and environmental KPIs.
* Scheduling and maintaining site inspections (including contractors) and identifying opportunities to continuously improve.
* Supporting and leading HSE investigations and implementing the learnings from the Root Cause Analysis.
* Maintaining Government HSE compliance, reporting requirements, and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures.
* Supporting and executing HSE strategic action plans for the site.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in Services & Installation)
* Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
* Have 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety within the Oil & Gas Industry
* Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be available to travel as required.
* Be a good communicator in English (fluent) & Italian (native/fluent).
* Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills.
