For our client, a leading multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking to hire a:
PLANT PROJECT CONTROLLER - DENMARK
For their production plant based in Silkeborg
Relocation in Denmark is mandatory
Main activities and responsibilities:
Ensure the timely preparation and analysis of the Monthly Closing (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs) supporting the Engineering Entities and verifying the data accuracy and the guidelines compliance.
Ensure the proper projects accounting management from a financial and economic standpoint.
Manage the Budget, Forecast and Business Plan processes (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and KPIs)
Perform a periodic variance analysis (with particular focus on projects ongoing), deliver reports and provide information to support management decisions.
Implement a set of common KPIs inside the Business Line and in compliance with the Group logic
Integration of Corporate AFC policies and guidelines
Support the Local and Corporate Investments management (actual / planned / authorization flow / KPIs calculation)
Act as a business partner for internal stakeholders in order to understand the strategy and suggest supporting action.
Manage the SOX journey for the Company.
Leading the audit processes being part of a stock market group and follow up on the Danish Local Entities
Strong collaboration with local Bank entities and weekly follow up on cash flow situation.
Qualification:
Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
4 - 5 years of experience in Controlling Dept.
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Experience in structured/multinational companies with a strong international presence
Knowledge of project accounting principles (familiarity with IFRS will be a must)
Strong knowledge of Excel tool (familiarity with ERP and Business Intelligence tools will be a plus)
Strong analytical mindset, organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
This position deals with tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting and control activities, being active in several specific business projects, supporting the coordination and harmonization of activities.
