The Efficiency & Sustainability Officer leads sustainability initiatives across flight operations, focusing on reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency.
Main Functions:
Monitor and analyse flight data and performance metrics to identify areas for improving fleet’s fuel efficiency and reducing emissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into operations, enhancing flight planning and operational efficiency
Prepare sustainability reports and track progress.
Develop and implement sustainable aviation initiatives in the ATM domain
Monitor and report on the evolution of the environmental regulatory framework
Lead sustainability projects and supervise the Sustainability Pilots.
Requirements:
High School Degree in Aeronautics (Bachelor Degree may represent a plus), or holder of an aeronautical license (e.g., Pilot, Flight Dispatch).
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Familiarity with other software may represent a plus).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in aviation.
Ability to manage sustainability projects and analyze efficiency metrics.
