Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop/end-user support within enterprise environments, preferably multinational companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, including setting up PC workplaces, installations, migrations, and rollouts, as well as user administration via Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations, and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
* Deal with stock/asset management
* Provide support on meeting room/conferencing room
* Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
Requirements:
* 2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporations
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Experience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and fluent Italian languages
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to build relationships
