Job Summary
GreenYellow is expanding its operations throughout Europe. You will play a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of assets in Italy.
In coordination with the Head of Operations, the CoDev team and the Country Manager, you will contribute to the realization of PV projects in Italy and will be responsible for implementing, checking, coordinating and delegating all technical points that arise regarding operational assets.
Project Development
Your role and responsibilities:
* Perform feasibility studies and energy analyses for the implementation of C&I PV systems (0.5-10 MWp)
* Develop technical design, including sizing, choice of materials and definition of budget and executive details
* Verify compliance and constraints with local and national regulations
* Support Sales team to generate new opportunities through partnerships and account profiling
* Support M&A team in drafting of technical due diligence and capex/opex assessments
Project Construction And Operation
* Coordinate with EPC contractors for the executive design and permitting phase of PV assets
* Supervise installation activities and manage suppliers and contractors during construction phase
* Supervise maintenance activities and manage contractors during operation phase
* Develop and supervise revamping activities of existing assets
* Ensure that PV assets are operated in accordance with the contractual obligations of EPC and O&M contractors
* Manage deadlines and track financial aspects of the projects
* Monitor the plants performance
Your Profile
* Degree in engineering (civil / electrical / mechanical / industrial)
* 3+ years of professional experience from a similar role ideally within the solar power industry
* Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and design/monitoring tools (Autocad, Pvsyst, CMMS, etc)
* Good technical understanding of PV technology, rooftop PV knowledge will be a plus
* Know-how of Italian C&I PV regulation (DSO, GSE, Custom Agency, etc)
* Effective planning and organizational skills
* Autonomy and self-motivation
* Driving license and ability to travel to the sites
* Italian language, fluent in English
The position is based in Milano with possibility of 2 days teleworking.
