STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the marketWe are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customers.We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst.The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, with strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, SAP BW, Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.The role requires a curious and autonomous professional with excellent problem-solving skillsand fluency in English.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SAP BW, Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.Write complex SQL queries and leverage Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.Gather, analyse, and interpret business requirements to develop insightful dashboards and reports.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across BI platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and decision-making through data insights.Monitor BI system performance and optimize queries and reports for efficiency.Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:At least 2-3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.Experience with SAP BW, Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.University degree in Engineering, Economics or Statistics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.Strong curiosity and eagerness to explore and implement new BI solutions.Fluency in English, with strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.Knowledge of additional BI tools or cloud platforms.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Curious about our values?
