Humangest Spa, research for an important client company that designs, produces and distributes high quality materials for footwear, accessories and functional apparel a Sales Operations Executive and Business Analyst to work from home office with 20% travel requirement to all 3 Italian sites. Day-to-day Sales Operational responsibilities: - Support Sales Teams and Customer Service Teams in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales activities. - Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions. Sales Analysis and Reporting: - Extract information from e.g. ERP and Excel files and prepare the data analysis to support sales and customer services needs. Support the management of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data: - Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service. - Support operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth. Commercial Support for Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Align with key stakeholders and support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives. - Collaborate with other functional teams to implement regulations and policies. Sales Demand Planning support: - Support S&OP process - Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.
