Role
To consolidate our Project Management area, we are looking for a Program and Planning Senior Manager to support the global digital transformation program, weaving together resource strategy, rollout planning, financial control, ongoing business operations, and cross-stream coordination to deliver on an ambitious transformation agenda.
You are the right person if you have:
* Over 10 years of experience in IT program management
* Experience in managing complex programs, with a focus on global digital transformation.
* Advanced knowledge of resource planning and the ability to ensure resource availability throughout the program lifecycle.
* Experience in budget management and financial forecasting, with the ability to analyze variances and apply strategic adjustments.
* Ability to manage rollout sequencing, coordinating activities across countries while considering dependencies, market readiness, and resource availability.
* Expertise in managing master plans and critical paths, with the ability to adapt plans in real time.
* Ability to align with business priorities, ensuring the transformation integrates with existing operational cycles.
* Experience in risk management, flexibility planning, and managing the impact of large-scale change.
* Ability to coordinate and manage international teams and work in multistakeholder, complex environments.
What you'll be doing:
* Create and maintain a resource model to ensure the right competencies during transformation and ongoing business operations.
* Monitor resource utilization and resolve conflicts between teams and markets.
* Integrate vendor resources into the global plan and manage performance-based allocations.
* Manage the program's financial plan, including forecasting and strategic cost control.
* Align expenses with rollout plans and business value delivery timelines.
* Develop and optimize the global rollout plan across 33 countries.
* Prioritize rollout sequencing based on strategic impacts and resource availability.
* Manage the integrated program plan and critical path.
* Ensure the transformation plan is aligned with business priorities.
* Minimize disruption to core services during deployment periods.
* Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
* Integrate flexibility into rollout plans to adapt to business and operational changes.
* Coordinate business engagement milestones to support change readiness.
