The Customer Service Specialist III is part of a growing team in a global organization focused on entering, tracking, and following up on complex customer orders in a highly technical environment. This role involves fulfilling customer inquiries and supporting colleagues to ensure the organization exceeds client expectations.
Salary: $50k - $60k
Responsibilities
* Communicate with moderately complex customers regarding orders, follow-ups, and escalate as necessary, either verbally or in writing.
* Inform customers about unit prices, shipping dates, potential delays, and other relevant information.
* Enter data into the D365 ERP system to calculate total costs and audit price accuracy from various sources.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, technical environment with changing priorities.
* Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
* Proficiency with basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
