About your future role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager who, as part of the Digital Transformation of the Group's HR, will be engaged in the IT Area "HR, Internal Compliance and Reporting Systems" competence centre, to support the Oracle HCM global core system.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
* Becoming a point of reference for the management of HR systems and related integrations with counterpart systems, including functional and technical analysis of requirements and building the solutions.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
* At least 3 years of experience in a related position and/or experience in a project related to HR systems design and implementation.
* Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion technologies: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture, Oracle PaaS/IaaS concepts.
* Ability to design, build, and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
* Ability to design, build, and enhance customization in Oracle PaaS environment with Oracle tools (i.e., Visual Builder, Process Automation).
* Good knowledge of Oracle Data Analytics and/or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
* Knowledge of Oracle Anonymous Database and fundamental SQL concepts.
* Proficient in using Excel and handling data.
* Knowledge of Oracle HCM application and understanding of general HR processes.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently.
* Analytical thinking.
* Teamwork.
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
* Experience with other main HR Core Systems (SAP, Workday).
