The opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic People Care Support (L.68/99). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a significant impact on employees' wellbeing and engagement. You will work directly under the support of the department head.
Responsibilities
* Corporate events and team building organization: planning and coordinating corporate events, team retreats, and team building activities to promote team cohesion.
* Welfare and benefits: development and management of a competitive benefits package.
* Diversity and inclusion: implementing policies and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions to raise awareness on these topics.
* Employee travel and rental housing: managing the logistics of corporate travel, including travel, accommodation, and contact with suppliers.
️ Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1-2 years experience in similar role is desirable.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Passion for people.
* Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup.
