TXT E-TECH is looking for a qualified and motivated Team Leader to lead our software development team.
The ideal candidate has a technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-quality software. They will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the development team on our projects, ensuring high-quality products, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Main responsabilities:
Lead a technical team, providing technical guidance and mentoring;
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions;
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation;
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proposing valid solutions.
Required skills:
Proven years of experience as a software engineer, with at least of 2 years in a technical leadership role;
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C++, C#, or TypeScript;
Good knowledge of software architecture and in design principles;
Experience with agile development methodologies;
Good written and spoken English proficiency.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
