Purpose of the role: Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Italy, the Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the assigned brands. Responsibilities: Proactively develop and execute local go-to-market strategy, working in close collaboration with the international team to ensure correct execution, highlighting local needs and sharing best practices; Manage the marketing plan and related touch points (ATL/BTL); Manage the marketing budget of the assigned brands; Work in close collaboration with the trade marketing and sales team to ensure alignment and excellent execution; Monitor the performance of assigned brands: in-depth monitoring of market share, analysis of sales and ROI of key activities and investments; Coordinate rolling forecast pocess, working closely with demand and sales function. Requirements: 8 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably gained in companies in the Beauty sector. Strong product and fashion attitude. Ability to understand current market trends. Entrepreneurial attitude, result-oriented, problem-solving skills. Collaboration and team working. Strong analytical skills.
