We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a broad range of IT functions, from helpdesk support to IT projects. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining systems, and contributing to various IT projects to improve company operations. Experience with SQL, programming languages, or data analysis is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tier 1 and tier 2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for end-users via phone, email, or in-person support.
* Assist in IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
* Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, security improvements, and process automation.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and other enterprise tools.
* Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset management and troubleshooting guides.
* Support business applications and work with vendors on troubleshooting and upgrades.
* Stay updated with the latest technology trends and propose improvements.
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of IT support experience, covering helpdesk and general IT operations.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
* Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* English level at least B1.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SQL (queries, reporting, database management).
* Knowledge of basic programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
* Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
* Prior experience working on IT projects, system implementations, or process automation.
* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent are a plus.
