T JOB TITLE: BRAND MANAGER Central and Eastern Europe The role is part of the UPSA Central and Eastern Europe Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director Central and Eastern Europe. The Brand Manager will be responsible for defining marketing strategy, innovation strategy investment priorities, media planning and sales and profit generation, in collaboration with the Zone Marketing Director and Country Leads. What will you need to succeed? 3-5 years of professional experience within Brand management, consumer Health Care experience is nice to have; Ownership and Entrepreneurial spirit Positive can do attitude and drive towards results Resiliency: able to lead by influencing cross-functional teams locally and globally Independence, organized and structured working style Mental Agility Fluent English The role will encompass: Define and implement the marketing strategy for the category, with the support of the Head of Marketing Monitor market data and measure business performance against set objectives. Raise challenges when needed and constantly spot growth opportunities Regularly connect with Countries Leads and Distributors marketing teams to share inputs, track projects and markets performance Lead markets in delivering innovation pipeline, with clear timeline setting and strong activation plans; support the Head of Marketing in designing and implementing proper CMI plot where needed Periodically connect with Global Marketing Team to drive relevant projects for the region and share best practices and learnings Contribute to create a culture based on feedback sharing, growth mindset, team spirit, entrepreneurship, and courage J-18808-Ljbffr
