Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily handling activities, coordinating the team and ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency and punctuality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate airport handling operations (baggage handling, cargo management, fueling, etc.);
* Supervise and manage operational teams, ensuring adherence to shift schedules and company procedures;
* Monitor timelines and prioritize tasks to meet departure and arrival aircraft schedules;
* Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and international standards;
* Manage operational issues and promptly resolve any disruptions or unforeseen events;
* Collaborate with airlines, cabin crew, airport authorities, and other entities to ensure smooth and safe operations;
* Quality control, performance evaluation, and activity reporting;
* Ongoing training and updating of operational staff to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in logistics or a technical field, preferably;
* At least 3/4 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role in the airport or logistics sector;
* Knowledge of safety regulations and airport operational procedures;
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with problem-solving attitude;
* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written);
* Ability to work under pressure and in high-dynamic contexts;
* Strong organizational skills and result-oriented mindset.
