The Role: AMS is seeking an additional experienced recruiter to join our team and support a client's Talent Acquisition efforts at a manufacturing site in Anagni. This role is ideal for Italian-speaking candidates with a background in Manufacturing Recruitment. What We’re Looking For: The recruiter will play a key role in daily client interactions, managing sourcing activities through a dedicated sourcer, and developing innovative resourcing strategies. This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office 3 days a week in Anagni, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand. Key Accountabilities: What you’ll be doing: Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree recruitment plans with hiring managers and document outcomes of the intake meeting. Agree with hiring manager on role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay range, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Execute and deliver end-to-end recruitment process on all levels, guiding HM through the entire process to ensure the best suitable candidate is chosen in alignment with team members and future needs. Proactively work with a talent acquisition sourcer to receive the needed support, develop pipelines of qualified diverse candidates. Conduct competency-based interview (CBI) with the selected candidates and support Hiring Managers in conducting their interviews and interpreting candidate’s performance. Ensure quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in timely manner. Build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, and other recruitment activities. Identify process improvements and manage client expectations. Ensure candidate and hiring manager have a great experience by providing frequent updates and communication. Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping the system updated. Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives. Undertake market mapping projects. Skills & Experience: We are looking for a candidate belonging to the Protected Categories (Art.1 L. 68/99) with previous experience in one of the following areas: Experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers Full Professional Fluency in Italian and English Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders and build relationships Italian market experience, specifically within manufacturing and either of pharma, chemical, or food industry will be considered a strong asset Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates Personality to drive change management within recruitment processes Analytical mind, attention to detail, and practical approach Other: Why AMS?
