European Graduate – Analog Layout and Design Engineer
Start date: October 2025
Location: Trento, Italy
We are seeking our new European Graduates cohort for October 2025!
Starting in October 2025, our prestigious European Graduate Program provides an immersive experience from day one. Your personal and professional development will be supported by networking sessions with graduates from other European countries and departments, and various trainings, including a six-month development program ‘Making of Champion’ focusing on your leadership skills and attitudes that will enable you to realise more of your potential, achieve meaningful work and personal goals, and develop success habits.
All this will be leveraged during half-yearly reflection presentations with senior business leaders. The Graduate Program consists of two assignments:
* Your first 12-month assignment will be in the Sony Europe Technology Development Centre (EUTDC) in Italy, when you will have the opportunity to work on an R&D assignment, e.g. to develop a new IP. Depending on your willingness and training needs, you will have the opportunity to spend up to one month in our Japanese Head Quarter.
* Afterwards, you will have the opportunity for a second assignment, up to 6 months in another Sony Design Centre in Norway, gaining a dynamic and challenging view of Sony Semiconductor Solutions Europe, its diverse technologies, projects, and different markets.
* Finally, in the final 6-month assignment, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you learn with a new project including product design.
As part of the 2-year program, you will be exposed to a broad range of technologies, resources, and activities. You will be given the opportunity to not only expand your knowledge but also immerse yourself in what it means to be a professional in a multinational organization.
At the end of your second assignment, in October 2027, you will be ready to thrive & take on a new responsibility and further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role in our international and multicultural team.
