About the Role
We are seeking an Architect & Designer Sales Manager to drive growth in our Commercial Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining design specifications from architects and specifiers, developing new business with key project accounts, and managing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and services providers.
* Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.
* Promote organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
* Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines from customers or Cosentino Management.
* Maintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within project management database (Sales Force CRM).
* Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products.
* Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
* Responsible for timely management and communication across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.
Requirements:
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* English is a must.
* Living in the area to cover is essential.
* Bachelor's degree is ideal.
