Key Accountabilities: Provide the required administrative and marketing support to the Brand & Marketing Managers, assisting brand’s day to day operational activities. Accountable for the analysis of brand performance & evaluating with the related KPIs monthly. Provide market & industry and competitive analysis w/ familiarity to Nielsen. Co-lead the innovations with the Brand Managers closely working with SC, Finance, R&D, Quality, Sales & TM and smooth collaboration as well as the agencies. Assisting the Brand Managers in Social Media & Digital Content for 3 brands by managing the agencies, planning the media strategy & execution. Closely tracking the digital performance to optimize the plans and relevant digital trends to find digital opportunities for the brands. Assisting the Brand Managers in Influencer marketing campaigns, following up the whole process from content brief to performance review. Assisting to managers for E-comm activities w Marketing Content Integration & build best in class campaigns. Work closely with Trade Marketing & Sales teams to drive the Marketing Strategy into BTL activities and contribute to JBP process. Accountable for AW process of brands, new product listings, promo packs & design changes. Monitoring financial invoicing & tracking of the brands & assisting budget management. Qualifications: Min 1-2 years working experience in Marketing in FMCG. Knowledge of AC Nielsen databases or equivalent. Eager to learn, passionate for our brands & love cooking and eating Result oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making skills to go beyond the targets. Business mindset with a good understanding of Marketing & Commercial mix. Collaborative & diversity focused. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence people to foster change.
