Purpose: For the production site of Borgo San Michele (Latina), we are looking for 2 candidates to be hired in the Operations Department as Manufacturing Process Specialist. The resources will be part of the Manufacturing and Dispensing departments and will report to the Operations Managers. For this position, we offer a 12 months full-time contract. You will be responsible for: Supporting the production activities, working in alignment with production managers and in contact with the representatives of other departments; Ensuring the process follows expected standards of safety, quality/compliance and performance focusing on process improvements and optimizations aimed at increasing productivity and cost reduction (e.g. CIP, kaizen); Shift productivity management, in accordance with the weekly plan, ensuring oversight of the entire Manufacturing and Dispensing area and effectively managing the lines and departmental performance; Guarantee supervision, in coordination with the Manufacturing Supervisors, of the operators' performance during their shift by managing holidays and permits, thereby ensuring work is completed within the established quantities, costs, and timelines according to operating standards; Contribute to enhancing the quality of the working environment by actively promoting and encouraging actions that align with Our Credo. Qualifications / Requirements: Master's degree in CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering, working experience in a pharmaceutical environment (minimum 1 year) is a plus; Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal with urgencies on the shop floor; Strong skills of leadership, ownership and accountability; Problem-solving and decision making; Capability to easily connect with people; Intermediate level in English.
