If you want to be trained and know the dynamics of the market access activities, this is an exciting opportunity. The HEMAR Manager Prostate Cancer will work on products and the upcoming pipeline in the therapeutic area and be responsible for the following activities: Development of the market access strategy for prostate cancer products in the Italian market. This includes aligning with local business and medical functions as well as considering relevant EMEA and global strategies. Preparation of pricing and reimbursement dossiers at both national and regional levels. Collaborating with Regional Access and Medical Affairs teams to achieve quick local access and ensure appropriate positioning in PDTA/ Guidelines. Contributing to the design and management of Health Economic and Outcome Research studies or models to demonstrate the value of our pharmaceutical products. Supporting the development of initiatives and projects that enhance product value, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal processes. REQUIREMENTS MSc degree in Life Science, Health Policy, or Economics. Post graduate qualification (Master course) in Health Economics and Market Access or in Healthcare Management is a plus. Experience in working cross-functionally in matrix organizations in departments of Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance or Business Intelligence. Previous experience in oncology is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
