To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
1. Development of content marketing strategies: collaborate with the team to define the editorial plan and content strategies aligned with business needs, KPIs, and marketing objectives;
2. Management of content marketing campaigns: design and implement integrated content marketing campaigns, including strategies for social media, blogs, email marketing, and paid advertising;
3. Content Personalization and Lead Nurturing: develop original, creative, and relevant content for different audience segments and stages of the sales funnel, particularly for lead nurturing. Produce visual content (in collaboration with the design team) such as infographics, memes, interactive posts, and other creative assets;
4. SEO and Optimization: optimize on-page and off-page content according to SEO best practices to increase organic traffic. Conduct regular SEO audits of existing content and suggest changes to improve its ranking on search engines;
5. Content Governance and Brand Voice: ensure that all content is aligned with the brand's voice, values, and image. Define clear editorial guidelines and oversee the quality of content created by other team members, ensuring consistency and high standards;
6. Email Marketing: write and plan targeted email marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and optimizing content based on the results achieved;
7. Collaboration with the cross-functional team: work closely with the product, sales, and customer care teams to gather valuable insights and create content that addresses customer FAQs, market needs, and key brand messages;
8. Analysis and Reporting: monitor content performance through analytics, measuring metrics such as traffic, conversions, engagement rate, and lead generation. Use data to optimize content strategies, adapting them to emerging audience needs and market trends.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
1. Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies;
3. Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization;
4. Business proficiency in English (B2/C1);
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
8. A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach.

1. Previous experience in large-scale project management.
