WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Site owner (Project Manager)
As Site Owner, you will be working within the Global Infrastructure department whose core responsibility is to handle the global expansion and maintenance of Leaf Space antennas network .
RESPONSABILITIES
Site management
1. Oversee and coordinate site surveys and RF surveys activities.
2. Conduct site scouting, supervise design and plan and coordinate site layout modifications construction, and operational readiness to meet technical and business requirements.
3. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external parties such as contractors, property owners, and local authorities.
5. Negotiate agreements and partnerships to secure favorable terms for deployments and integrations.
6. Lead negotiations for contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service terms with site stakeholders.
Project management
1. Support the sales team with feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and budget inputs during pre-contract discussions, and act as the main customer contact post-contract to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Deliver project documentation and reports.
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting.
4. Monitor and manage the performance and availability of active sites, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Manage the decommissioning and dismantling of ground stations, ensuring proper disposal.
6. Maintain and update a centralized database of active sites, including site configurations, technical specifications and performance records.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. BSc Aerospace, Telecommunication, Civil Engineering or related fields.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in managing infrastructure projects or construction activities (manage goals, schedule and budget, problem solving).
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Capability to foster collaboration across functions.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, capability of creating relationships and facilitating communication between teams.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to interact with different cultures.
7. Fluent English knowledge and understanding is required. Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
