We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do…Prepare and post daily revenues and banking documents.Reconcile, review and submit quarterly and or monthly VAT.Review all payments and submit for bank load and approval.Complete bank reconciliations.Reconcile PAYE payments to payroll software and ensure HRMC portal managed.Manage the hotel's accounts payable and receivable functions.Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with external auditors.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the hotel's assets.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for…Individuals.
