The Company started in 2014 and is an ambitious and entrepreneurial organization that focuses on creating value for the group by designing, producing, storing and shipping prefabricated building elements for apartments and hotels for other Company entities in Europe.
As Data manager you will be focusing on implementing and managing the data system in the factory, aligned with standards as agreed within the Holding. The data is related to all design, ordering, production, storage and transportation activities ongoing on a daily basis, whereby you will primarily deal with the company running the factory on our behalf, as well local factory’s entities, and external stakeholders involved in above-mentioned activities.
The job mainly consists of the following activities:
·Implementing strategies for data storage, archival, and retrieval;
·Creating and documenting data processes and data-related policies (based on standards, laws and regulations);
·Executing data integration and migration projects;
·Supporting the Holding with regards to the protection of digital databases and archives from security breaches and data losses, as well as running data backups, and creating recovery plans in case of system failures or data loss;
·Educating colleagues and involved external stakeholders on data management standards and supporting on a daily basis to assure the quality of the data;
·Addressing technical issues, implementing updates, and optimizing data storage and retrieval;
·Once the above is up and running, support in the generation of insights through data analysis, and preparation of comprehensive reports.

To be eligible for this position you will need to have a good knowledge of data governance principles and compliance standards, preferably combined with some experience in a production environment. Preference will be given to a professional with a few years of experience in previous job(s). We are seeking for a professional who is looking for a role with an international character within a growing and learning organization. Someone who is open to other cultures, not afraid to make new contacts and manage the different stakeholders to reach the acquired level of data management.
