Randstad Professionals’ Hospitality & Luxury team, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is looking for an Operations Manager Hospitality, for a short and medium-term Rental Company operating in Milan and Rome.
Main Responsibilities
Oversees the Guest Department, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Lead a team of Guest Relations and Field Agents
Ensure all guest needs from pre-arrival to post-checkout are exceptionally managed
Lead the apartments’ inspections to make sure properties respect high quality standards
Improve overall quality of the service, focusing on guest satisfaction
Proactively propose improvements and new procedures to optimize team performance
Run reports and data analysis
Train and develop team potential
Manage effective communication with other departments
Draft and monitor the annual operating budget with the CEO and managers
Candidate Profile
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
Strong organizational skills
Degree in Tourism Management (preferred)
Skills in training, developing, and managing resources
Fluency in English (C1 or equivalent), knowledge of a second language will be a plus
Proactiveness and ability to work in a fast paced environment
