The SEC FA Security Managers SEC FA Security Managers will serve as the On Location (OL) security managers and will oversee and deliver all security activities at their specific locations. They report to the SEC FA Director and will provide operational support and advice to help deliver a memorable client experience within a safe and secure environment during the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games. They will work closely with OL operational venue managers and proactively support cross-organization project teams, especially the OHD team. The Security Managers will lead by example by providing an integrated security planning approach with all Milano-Cortina 2026 public safety and security stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership, Planning, Procurement and Delivery Advise and support the design, development, and delivery of security risk assessments, emergency, and evacuation plans for their allocated venues. Work closely with the Operational Venue Managers to ensure correct levels of service and security arrangements are in place. Liaise with Milano-Cortina 2026 security agencies and the French emergency services. Oversee and report venue SEC functional area deliverables, milestones, and potential roadblocks. Support OL in planning and coordinating operational readiness exercises. Manage technical security devices at each venue during the operational delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Ensure compliance with technical system setups and quality controls. Lead in responding to developing threats or security incidents at venues. Support Preventionists to ensure Health and Safety hazards and risks are effectively controlled. Conduct thorough post-incident actions, including incident analysis and team debriefs. Expectations Bi-lingual (Italian and English) or Italian speaker with fluent English. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing safety and security for large, complex organizations or Government security agencies. Successfully managed a comprehensive security program for a high-profile organization or Government security agency. Operational understanding of public safety and private security ecosystem within Paris and France. Ability to drive operational thinking and tactical planning. Ability to lead by example in a demanding operational environment. Good communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft 365 suite. Ability to adapt to change quickly. Education Diploma in security, risk management, criminal justice, or emergency management; or equivalent relevant workplace experience.
