The Role
We are looking for an Event Assistant to join our team immediately. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning and organization of corporate events, working closely with the events and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize events, managing all aspects in collaboration with the team;
* Define and manage all project phases: agenda, invitations, follow up, participants, content, budget, and post-event reporting;
* Handle relationships with partners, suppliers, and event participants;
* Create content and copywriting to support communication efforts related to the events;
* Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken English;
* Passion for the retail sector and innovation;
* Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in events or marketing;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities;
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure;
* Proactivity and initiative.
