IT Manager - Innovation and Technological Transformation

We are looking for an IT Manager to manage our company's IT infrastructure and drive cutting-edge innovation, both on-premises and in the cloud. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader, coordinating our IT team and proposing technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cybersecurity.
What You Will Do:
* Develop innovative strategies to streamline and optimize IT resources, actively supporting company growth.
* Operate in compliance with company policies and industry regulations, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and data protection.
* Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including network and server systems, ensuring the secure and efficient operation.
* Plan and implement strategic IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and develop customized solutions.
* Manage relationships with IT vendors, maintaining a strong focus on quality and cost.
* Drive innovation by proposing state-of-the-art technological updates and solutions.
* Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security, efficiency, and innovation within IT systems.
* Act as a proactive leader in the digital transformation, with a forward-thinking, customer-oriented vision.
* Continue the evolution and integration of ESM with company systems by designing and orchestrating business processes (e.g., customer management, services, and billing) and corporate processes (e.g., HR).
Hard Skills:
* Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures and digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (certification preferred) and enterprise architectures (ERP, BPM, CRM).
* Knowledge of contact center platforms
* Data analysis skills and an understanding of artificial intelligence.
