ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Quality Specialist’s priority will be to maintain the IMS - integrated (HSEQ) management system. In particularly he/she will be involved in:
* Writing down, updating, distributing, conserving and filling of the IMS documentation;
* Assisting theplanning and execution of internal audits to evaluate the system efficacy and efficiency;
* Preparing reports regarding the integrated management system performances and internal audit results;
* Recording andreporting targets related to the main processes;
* Participatingin second party audits;
* Maintaining relationships with the accreditation bodies and consultants;
* Assisting Quality Senior in supporting external audit activities for the accreditation bodies;
* Managing the Non-Conformities and any corrective or improvement actions identified;
* Training the staff on Integrated Management System.
He/She will also give support to the tender department in order to prepare and provide tender documentation.
This position will report directly to the Quality Manager of Eastern Hemisphere.
SUCCESS FACTORS
✓Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standards;
✓Minimal experience:
at least 2 years working in the role is required;
✓Strong ability to be proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions;
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in Italian and English ;
✓Ability to planwork appropriately, mulit-task and assign appropriate priority to projects to ensure all deadlines are properly met;
✓Strong attention to detail and project management skills required;
✓Availble for business travel;
✓An emphasis on continual improvement is critical, including:
* Continual pursuit of operational efficiencies, working collaboratively with all other departments and US Corporate Headquarters.
✓Knowledge of MS Office package and ability to self-organize one's work, with seriousness, precision and reliability, will be an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
* University Degree is required ;
* Professional knowledge of written/spoken English and Italian;
* 2 yearsin the role.
CONTRACT:
Salary and Duration depending on experience.
