You are responsible for attracting and hiring the right people at Televic Rail by leading the recruitment process from A-Z; from identifying recruitment needs, job posting, sourcing/screening, interviewing to offer stage.
You promote new ideas/solutions to attract candidates and initiate different initiatives (ex. Campus recruitment, young graduate competition, hire-a-thon, company visits, internal employer branding events …) to attract the right candidates.
You can create content yourself and coordinate employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
You are involved in overall HR projects and optimization of HR processes without losing an eye on candidate experience, company culture and business recruitment/retaining needs.
Job requirements
Track your skills: how you can add value to our team
A Bachelor or Master Degree should ideally be complemented by a first relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical environment (IT, R&D, engineering).
You are fluent in Dutch & English.
You have a strong passion for talent acquisition/sourcing and are able to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
You have a strong interest in employer branding. You like to create social media content about the company. Employer marketing experience is a plus.
You are result driven and are able to put the right priorities.
You are a strong communicator and continuously keep stakeholders informed of the progress of vacancies during the recruitment process.
