We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical support specialist to strengthen our Team in Brusaporto (BG).
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
We’d welcome applications from candidates with:
• English knowledge: Fluent (equivalent to C1/C2);
• German knowledge: Wished;
• Experience in imaging software (X-Ray);
• Experience in IT/network configuration;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Passion for technical fields or applications;
• Good team working attitude and skills in creating and maintaining relationships;
• Problem solving;
• Good communicator;
• Willingness to travel abroad;
• Full-time availability.
Either Italian or foreign applications are welcome!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic and international working team and context, providing commercial and training support to customers not only via e-mail or telephone but above all through periodic visits to their offices in Europe and all around the world. The following tasks are included: drafting simple technical documents in different languages, handling product claims, maintaining and managing political relationships with subsidiaries and distributors, holding technical training courses to the technicians.
