Synergie Italia Spa, a Monza-based subsidiary, is seeking an accountant and payroll manager for a company that specializes in plastic material production and processing.
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant/Personnel Administration figure to join our team.
* General accounting: management of general accounting, including invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
* Payroll and contributions: management of pay slips, calculation of social security and welfare contributions, and management of employee tax returns and related fiscal obligations.
* Personnel administration: management of administrative practices related to personnel, including hiring, dismissals, contract variations, and attendance management.
Requirements
* High school diploma in Business Administration or Economics, or equivalent degree;
* At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting sectors/study commercialists-payroll centers;
* Technical knowledge of general accounting, basic taxation; basic use of accounting software;
* Intermediate level of English language (B1-B2);
* Good familiarity with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).
What We Offer
* WORKING HOURS: Full-time (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday;
* CAREER PATH AND SALARY: indefinite-term contract, CCNL Commercio-Confcommercio collective agreement, indicative salary €30K (subject to variation based on seniority);
